All of our cookies are made to order.  We ship via UPS  or Fed Ex.  Orders generally ship within 72 hours of order being processed.  We do not ship on Fridays to insure freshness.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.

Pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY.  This is to ensure we have the proper staffing available.  We are however availalbe for after hour pick ups.

Limited FREE delivery is available within 5 miles of Carousel Cookies.

Deliveries outside of this range will incur a $20.00 delivery charge per location.
